Thanks to the Sydney lockdown, I’m participating in a centred meditation retreat ‘at home’. This is almost the end of day 1 and I’m loving it! The comms have been great, the master classes incredibly informative and the meditation sessions were restorative and grounding. But above all of those positives, even through Zoom, I can feel the care and loving vibe from my fellow participants, we are connected, albeit virtually… magical 🙏✨
