The meditation comes to an end and you are gently guided back to your senses. Notice how you are feeling calmer, more centred. Simply set the intention to carry this feeling with you for the rest of the day. And remember, there is no such thing as a good or a bad meditation. The only results that count are those that you experience outside of the Centred Meditation studio. Results such as increased productivity, greater ability to deal with demands and pressure, improved sleep, and decreased stress. Be aware, you might get addicted to the results of meditation!
