I've just recently discovered Centred Meditation and I'm so pleased that I did! I've been looking for some way to try to relax and bring calm into my day/life, I don't have time to do classes at night and I can't often spare an hour in my work day so these classes are perfect for me. After my half hour meditation session at lunchtime I feel more positive and calm facing the second half of the day and I feel it's definitely of huge benefit to me. I hope to continue going to the classes 3 times per week as I feel it will be even more beneficial the more I attend.
I've been using Centred Meditation as a barrier between my work and home life. So far so good and after work I stop thinking about work and haven't been bringing it home.
Signing up for their two week into offer was probably one of the best decisions I’ve made so far - the place is so nice, with large comfy arm chairs, blankets, free tea, filter water and coconut water. Plus the guided meditation was amazing! I felt so much more relaxed and grounded afterwards as well.
Such a lovely break from the busy CBD, I've gone every single lunchtime and it really sets me up for the rest of the day. Would recommend to anyone, plus the chairs are super comfy and you can wrap up in a blanket provided too, very relaxing.
Love the peacefulness of this venue and the clear and calm teachers. A great way to escape from the chaos of the office and find tranquility during the day.
