I was a little wary of meditation. Having tried different iterations in the past and never being able to completely still my mind, which I thought was the point, I had given up. I stumbled across Centered Meditation and this approach has been amazing. I like that it doesn’t feel difficult, I don’t need to try really hard to stop thinking and it’s nice to set aside 30min that I know is purely for me. It’s helped me recharge and I walk out of class feeling light and calm, which is amazing after a busy day at work. I highly recommend this style of meditation, as it truly does feel effortless.

5/28/2019I've been using Centred Meditation as a barrier between my work and home life. So far so good and after work I stop thinking about work and haven't been bringing it home.

12/17/2019The session are nice and carming. i have told that meditation is a good way to engage in the present which i have lost touch with over the years and been living in the future. i really hope this ongoing treatment will allow me to become more real with myself. The guides are nicely spoken and provides the calming feeling that i like.
