When I was younger, I used to love counting down the days till my birthday. My sister would create for me a beautiful date countdown calendar which I would enthusiastically turn the page of each day. Whilst I unfortunately don’t have that same level of excitement towards my birthday anymore, it IS how we feel towards our favourite time of the year, our Here and Now Retreat, and we think you should be counting down the days too! Here are three reasons why:

  1. You will experience stress relief and calm on a whole new level. As you know, the benefits of meditation are cumulative. This means that the effect of each meditation cascades onto one another and the more you meditate, you more benefit you experience.
