Isn’t it astounding how often life gets in the way of living?
We get it: Life is busy. Super busy. Hectically busy. We spend our days rushing from work meeting to house errand to social arrangement, and our minds are constantly filled with our infinite to-do list. Fortunately, social media has conditioned us to at least capture these moments, but unfortunately it has often been at the expense of freezing them into memories before we get a chance to actually live them.
Don’t get us wrong, we love capturing experiences, like this one for example, from our friend’s wedding in Adelaide on the weekend:
But this photo was taken back at the hotel after the wedding.
We’re not saying you shouldn’t take photos during the moments themselves, but this week we encourage you to at least pause and take in the moment itself before reaching for your camera to cement it into a memory forever.
