You can now reserve your armchair for your next meditation session effortlessly via the MINDBODY Connect app.

Here’s how:

  1. Download ‘MINDBODY Connect’ on the App Store;
  2. Use the login details that you previously created on the Centred Meditation website;
  3. Search for Centred Meditation under ‘discover’;
  4. Add us to your favourites by clicking the star on the top right so you can easily find us again;
  5. Click on your desired session time and book!
