Thanks to the Sydney lockdown, I’m participating in a centred meditation retreat ‘at home’. This is almost the end of day 1 and I’m loving it! The comms have been great, the master classes incredibly informative and the meditation sessions were restorative and grounding. But above all of those positives, even through Zoom, I can feel the care and loving vibe from my fellow participants, we are connected, albeit virtually… magical 🙏✨
Used to go here a lot when I worked around the corner. Absolutely loved it. Felt calm, energised after the sessions. Miss having centred meditation in Amsterdam now we moved here!!
I'm really enjoying the Clarity Meditation sessions offered by Centred Meditation. I sign up to take part in the middle of the day to find my centre again and regroup in between online meetings and puppy walks. A real gem in the CBD providing a much needed getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. I am a yoga and meditation teacher myself and can tell you a place like Centred Meditation is absolutely essential and vital for all. The space is warm, cozy and complete with relaxing chairs and blankets. You will be in good hands in this environment. Thank you guys for such a beautiful practice
